There are many people who are self proclaimed "experts" who would like you to think that all there is to growing worms is building a few beds in your backyard, stocking them with worms and sitting back and watching your worms double in quantity every 60 days! These so called worm farmers are the equivalent of someone buying a dozen chickens, throwing out a little chicken mash everyday and then saying that they are in the chicken business! Granted, they manage to keep a few chickens alive, but would you call them a commercial chicken operation?
